Keep in mind that tier lists are not about how each character performs on a character versus character basis, but how they perform over all. The Tiers in my tier list reflect this: they range from S to A-, rather than from S to D. At the end of the day, it all comes down to personal skill and experience in the training room. In other words, a skilled player of the worst character can handily defeat an experienced S Tier character main even so many times as 9 out of 10. It's worth mentioning that I believe the tiers in this game are tight, and by that I mean the differences between each tier is negligible the game is fairly balanced over all.
